Metro Area
Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington Counties
The SMART Reading Metro Area team implements SMART Reading and raises funds to support SMART Reading in the Portland Metro area. In the 2025-26 school year, we served 3,014 preschool through third-grade students and gave away 30,784 books. We are focused on recruiting more volunteers and establishing strong financial support among our communities to ensure we can continue this important work of empowering local children through reading.
