Please note that most programs are scheduled between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. There are no volunteer openings for evenings or weekends.
We are continually refining and improving our volunteer recruitment strategies. Knowing how you heard about us will help us determine the effectiveness of certain volunteer recruitment activities.
We are proud to have former SMART Reading students who are now volunteers! SMART Reading started in Oregon in 1992, and exists only in Oregon. If you attended elementary school in Oregon and participated in SMART Reading as a child, please provide the name of your elementary school.
