Realtors and brokerages across Oregon are coming together for a brand new campaign, Realtors for Readers, which raises funds for SMART Reading’s work helping kids become strong, confident readers. 

When kids have the reading skills and access to books they need, it opens the door to opportunities in school and beyond. Through a virtual book drive, the real estate community is invited to raise funds and awareness for this critical work. 

When Does The Campaign Take Place?

How Do I Get Involved?

Any individual realtors or brokerages are welcome to participate! For brokerages, we’ve found it works best when there’s a Team Captain who acts as the SMART Reading advocate and liaison, sharing information and encouraging their colleagues and their brokerage to make a gift and/or volunteer with SMART.
